Oracle NetSuite Data as AI training data

NetSuite accounts tie transactions together with 'created from' links, so a sales order can be followed through fulfilment, invoicing and payment. Many accounts also carry years of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow approvals and saved searches built for one business. Momentra helps mid-market companies assess whether that combination of records and customisation could be licensed or sold as AI training data.

Can Oracle NetSuite Data be used as AI training data?

Oracle NetSuite data may be licensed as AI training data, combining linked transactions with account customisation. Transaction chains with 'created from' links, SuiteScript code and SuiteFlow approval workflows are the strongest assets. SuiteScript is scanned for hard-coded tokens and emails, and customer, vendor and employee records are pseudonymised so transaction chains still connect.

No files needed upfront. We sign an NDA before reviewing any sample.

What can be included

You choose the scope. These are the parts of Oracle NetSuite Data that are typically most useful.

  • ✓Transactions: sales orders, item fulfilments, invoices, purchase orders, vendor bills and journal entries with their source links
  • ✓System notes recording field changes, approvals and who made them
  • ✓Saved searches and SuiteAnalytics workbooks with their criteria and result columns
  • ✓SuiteScript 2.x code: user event, scheduled, map/reduce, Suitelet and RESTlet scripts
  • ✓SuiteFlow workflow definitions for approval routing and record automation
  • ✓Custom records, custom fields and form configurations from your account customisation
  • ✓Intercompany transactions and consolidation entries for multi-subsidiary accounts

Why AI labs value it

Code in its business context

SuiteScript tied to the records and workflows it automates shows why the code exists, not just what it does. That context helps models that build or maintain ERP customisations.

Questions translated into searches

Each saved search is a business question turned into structured criteria and columns. These pairs are useful for training assistants that answer reporting questions in ERP systems.

Approvals with an audit trail

SuiteFlow states combined with system notes show who approved, rejected or edited a transaction and in what order. That gives a reliable record of multi-step decisions.

How it is scoped, exported and anonymized

01

Pull records and customisation separately

Transactions are typically exported with SuiteQL, SuiteAnalytics Connect or saved search CSV exports. Scripts, workflows and custom objects come from a SuiteCloud Development Framework account customisation project.

02

Scan scripts for secrets

SuiteScript often contains hard-coded internal IDs, email addresses, API tokens and integration endpoints. These are found and removed or replaced before further use.

03

De-identify entities

Customer, vendor, employee and contact records, addresses and bank details are pseudonymised so transaction chains still connect. Scope can be limited to particular subsidiaries and accounting periods.

How a partnership begins

01 / CONTACT

Share Basic Information

Share only your contact, company, industry, and partnership interests—no raw data required.

02 / DISCOVER

Initial Value Assessment

We discuss the data type, completeness, scarcity, and the tasks it could support.

03 / PROTECT

Define the NDA and Boundaries

Before reviewing any sample, we define confidentiality, permitted use, retention, and security requirements.

04 / PARTNER

Receive an Offer and Begin the Partnership

We provide a purchase proposal and contract, then support de-identification and secure data transfer.

Frequently asked questions

Our SuiteScripts were written by an implementation partner. Who owns them?
Check your implementation contract. Many agreements assign custom code to the customer, but some do not. Ownership is confirmed before any code is included.
Should we use a sandbox or production account?
Production data is what carries real outcomes, but exports can be prepared in whichever way your team is comfortable with. Sandbox accounts often hold useful customisation history too.
We only want to include one subsidiary. Is that possible?
Yes. You decide what is in scope, and subsidiary-level scoping is common for multi-entity accounts.
Do you need a login to our NetSuite account?
No login is needed to begin. Early conversations and the NDA come first, and the transfer method is agreed in the signed contract.
