- An enterprise data partnership is an agreement in which a company licenses or sells real operational data, such as private code repositories or business workflow records, to help train frontier AI models. The data is anonymized first, the company controls the scope, and an NDA and written contract govern how it is used.
- Can my company sell or license its data for AI training?
- Often, yes. A company can usually license or sell data it owns once personal and confidential information has been anonymized. Data that belongs to clients, or that is covered by contracts or regulations, may need permission or must be excluded. Momentra assesses each case before anything is shared.
- Do I need to upload any files to get started with Momentra?

- What happens if our data contains customer or client information?
- Customer and client information is either anonymized or kept out of scope. Personal data is detected and removed or replaced before further use, and material that belongs to a client, such as code written under a client contract, may need that client's permission before it can be included.
